Deborah, Financial Coordinator

Having previous experience in accounting, when Deborah returned to school to work on her medical/dental prerequisites, she was able to take a position in the dental field as a treatment coordinator/office manager for an orthodontist. After an interlude in real estate, Deborah returned to general dentistry and later became a registered dental assistant in addition to working in administration. She enjoys working with patients, explaining the treatment process and how dental treatment affects the patient’s whole health as well as helping with the financial considerations. Her greatest joy is learning their patient’s stories and helping our patients feel comfortable. She and her husband enjoy travel, theater, reading, classical music, baseball, and bicycle riding on our tandem, as well as spending time with their grown children and “grand dog”.

Ashley, Schedule Coordinator/Dental Assistant

When Ashley decided to become a dental assistant she knew it was the right place for herself. Meeting new people, constantly moving and learning more everyday is exactly what she wanted out of a career. Ashley is new to the team here and the staff at this office have shown her that she made the right decision. Working both the front office and assisting allows me to enjoy all angles of dentistry. My daughter is the best part of my life. We enjoy nature walks, reading, playing tickle and spending time with our family and friends.

Angela, Dental Assistant

Angela has been in the dental field as long as she can remember starting out as a sterilization tech and quickly progressing to dental assistant, and periodontal assistant. Angela has been with Drs. Jeff and Joan for a little over a year. She really enjoys their patients and likes to make their experience as soothing and as comfortable as possible. As a small child coming from the Ukraine and receiving services from the Medical Teams International Smile Mobile Van, Angela vowed to give back by volunteering my services with the Smile Mobile Van. In her free time, she especially enjoys going on Inspirational cruises, concerts, events, ping pong, kickboxing, anything that inspires her!

Lisa, Hygienist

Lisa has been working in the hygiene field since 1980 when she graduated from the Shoreline Dental Hygiene program. With over 34 years of experience she understands and makes it her mission to make the patient’s experience very comfortable and enjoyable by being warm, cheerful and very gentle. Lisa really enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients. She has worked with Dr. Jeff and Joan for the last 2 years. Lisa grew up in West Seattle but spent lots of time in North Seattle where her husband grew up. She enjoys snow skiing, gardening, reading, and traveling to Hawaii with herhusband as well as spending time with her dog “Izzy”.
